Vibrantly coloured and artfully constructed, this Nike Air Terra Humara brings a striking look to the 90s trail runner. Its upper features a Diffused Blue base layer of light, breathable mesh covered in layers of University Gold leather and Alchemy Pink suede. This bold combination brings life to the outer, while golden yellow highlights and a single splash of radiant pink do the same for the black outsole. In between these two elements is a supportive midsole in white, with circular windows in the heel showing off the bouncy Air cushioning inside. Nike Air branding has been stamped just above this, and more Nike text has been pressed into the shoe’s flanks beside the Alchemy Pink suede swooshes. Other bright symbols of the brand have been embroidered into the University Gold tongue and the Diffused Blue heel counter to round out this stunning Terra Humara with a colourful flourish.
Created by innovative designer and out-of-the-box thinker Peter Fogg in 1997, the Nike Air Terra Humara was originally a technically proficient trail running shoe for use in difficult terrain and harsh weather. Over two decades later, it experienced a stunning comeback in collaboration with American streetwear brand Undefeated which transformed it into a comfortable contemporary sneaker with a strong throwback aesthetic.
