Nike Air Force 1 '07

Colourful highlights add extra pizazz to this classy black and white AF1 ‘07 for a bold look. The sole unit combines the two primary tones to be found on the design, with black on the rubber outsole and Summit White on the Air-cushioned midsole. While the former brings traction through its circular-shaped grip patterns, the latter provides softness via a mix of Air and foam padding.

On the upper, smooth black leather adds a sleek finish to the sneaker. This durable material can be seen on the perforated toe box, the midfoot panels, the eyestay and the overlays in the forefoot and heel. The black tongue is made of flexible mesh with a canvas rim, and a square tongue patch stands out in white upon it. Vibrant branding effects have been sewn into this label in a pair of charming tones. The text, which reads “Nike Air” and “Air Force 1”, comes in Photo Blue, and the swoosh is a radiant hue known as Safety Orange.

Meanwhile, within the shoe, the dimpled black surface of the insole is printed with Nike Air text in Summit White, a sequence that is repeated on the heel panel. Here, white embroidery stands out against black leather, creating a bold aesthetic. The enlarged swooshes place these two tones side by side once again as Summit White tumbled leather forms the centre of each and a thick line of black stitching acts as the border. On the lateral side, a Photo Blue tag with AF-1 text emerges from the bottom edge of this striking Nike logo. Then, concluding the sneaker is a miniature Summit White swoosh that has been stylishly sewn into the tip of the eyestay.
